1. How do I get paid?

• Drivers are paid weekly

• Pay is based on:

  • Per-route rate (60%)

  • Mileage reimbursement at $0.60/mile
    
    

• Payment sent via CashApp, Venmo, or Direct Deposit (your choice)

2. How much can I expect to make weekly?

This depends on routes available, but here’s what’s realistic:

➡️ Fewer wasted miles
➡️ Predictable schedule

3. Why is the split 60/40?

Drivers receive 60% because they are driving and handling deliveries.

The business retains 40% to cover:

• Insurance (liability + cargo)

• Contracts & client acquisition

• Billing & collections

• HIPAA compliance

• Legal & financial risk

• Business operations & growth
  
  

Drivers:

• Do not negotiate with clients

• Do not carry liability

• Do not chase payments

4. What expenses do drivers cover?

• Fuel (reimbursed via mileage)

• Personal vehicle maintenance

• Personal auto insurance (required)
  
  

Business covers:

• Cargo liability

• Business insurance

• Compliance & documentation

5. What kind of vehicle is required?

• Reliable car (sedans are fine)

• Clean interior

• Working AC

• No strong odors

• No branding required to start

6. What training is required?

• HIPAA awareness training

• Review of delivery procedures

• Chain-of-custody handling

7. Is this W-2 or 1099?

• Independent Contractor (1099)

• You control your availability

• Paid per route, not hourly

8. Can pay increase?

Yes. Pay can increase with:

• STAT route availability

• Lead driver role

• High reliability & consistency

• Increased route volume
